I shall announce the committee. Here it goes....


Main organisers: Hui Min, Xinni
Other organisers: Simin, Shannen, Kai Hong, Zhenyang, Siow May, Diyana, Sean, Shimin, Gar Wai, Edison and myself!

These people have to do double jobs
Treasurers: Shannen, Edison, Shimin
Secretaries: Hui Min, Xinni (They will keep track of all conversations...)
F&B: 2-3 vacancies (so pls volunteer to help...)
Activities: (The organisers would have covered that...but one more person would be needed so he/she could come up with the itinerary for the outing...)
Helpers: rest of 6A (to help us in any way...)

So pls start volunteering to help us out...

Anyway, pls confirm if you're coming for this outing latest by September 2nd (the day after Teacher's Day) so we could book the chalet. (We would prefer if you could confirm with us much earlier than September...) Although I know you all will not know if you have to go back to school in Nov/Dec holidays, so I beg you all to ask your teachers and CCA teachers about holiday activities for the whole year. Also, get your parents to try (just try...) if they could only go overseas after the first 4 days of the Nov/Dec holidays. So plan early for the Nov/Dec vacation so you could look forward to it!
